Canada Wide Shipping

Integra Boost Canada ships all over Canada from Blackfalds, Alberta, Canada; we provide all courier shipments with tracking numbers. Shipments over $100.00 require a signature to receive. (Purolator offers SNR - Signature Not Required forms) see our Resources page to download

Wholesale orders typically ship via Purolator parcel service, 1/2 pallet and larger bulk wholesale orders typically ship via LTL Freight.

Shipping Cost:

We provide FREE Ground shipping with low minimum order.

Express Shipping Option:

When you require your order quickly simply choose Canada Post Xpresspost Service at checkout, if your address is serviceable within Purolator we will upgrade your order to ship via Purolator Express FREE of charge.

(Please note: if you require your order to only ship via Canada Post add a note on your order requesting Canada Post Only)

Fulfillment Time:

Paid-in-stock orders received prior to 12:01 PM MST (Alberta) during regular business hours will be fulfilled the same day; paid orders received after 12:01 PM MST (Alberta) will be fulfilled the next business day. All paid orders received on Saturday, Sunday & Stat Holidays will be fulfilled the next business day.

Backorders are billed same day as ordered, expect 7 to 12 business days for arrival at our warehouse. Backorders will not be ordered from our supplier until full payment is received, Backorder cancelations will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Tracking Information: 

You will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number via email from the courier to the email you provided on your membership account.

(Please note: tracking information may take up to 1 business day to be updated after your order has been shipped.)

Couriers:

Integra Boost Canada delivers packages through these couriers: Purolator & Canada Post.

PO Boxes:

Most shipping carriers do not ship to PO boxes. If you enter a PO Box within your shipping address or provide a shipping address not in the Purolator service area, your order will be shipped and delivered by Canada Post.

Purolator Ground & LTL Ground Freight Estimated Delivery Times:

1 to 3 business days for Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.

3 to 6 business days for all other provinces.
